OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Payroll Specialist. In this role you will assist with our tax client sign outs, manage phones and calendars, keep our client filing system in order, scan and file documents when needed. You will also process payroll for our payroll clients through Quickbooks. We will train on all processes for payroll and administrative duties. Candidates must have current experience working with money, face to face customer service, administration, Quickbooks and payroll experience.
